The building itself is a 25,000 square foot structure that was once a mechanical engineering company. This history allows us to offer many industrial amenities not common to a typical arts facility; bridge cranes, three phase power, in-house compressed air, twenty foot ceilings, 2 fourteen foot high roll doors for drive-in access, eastern exposure and multiple skylights that providing natural light. Additionally M-30 Zoning allows for industrial activities.
The facility also boasts 10,000 square feet of available workspace that can be used for design and production of larger projects like theatre sets and large-scale installations.ÝThere is also a two-tiered stage that allows for event production and can be used as rehearsal space.
A 3,000 square foot enclosed area serves as a gallery, an event space, and is the base for built-to-suit workshops. The bulk of our studio spaces are international shipping containers available in 8' x 20' and 8' x 40' increments.
